Fees and taxes

Sale prices listed on www.rb1-rc.com and its sub-domains are shown in euros. VAT 21% is included in these prices, but not the cost of shipping service.

Shipping costs are paid by the user and will be added to the total amount of the selected products. You will be informed of such costs before checkout and complete your order.

When making the transfer, you must indicate the following information: Order number - Name and surname of the person signed up in the site and that made the purchase.

This service has additional costs of 3.4% + € 0.35 (in Spain).

This service has additional costs of 3.9% + €0.35 (Europe).

Order care and Delivery

Products are delivered in secure packaging. If you notice external damage on the packaging, the customer must detail this fact on the delivery receipt and immediately notify to our Customer services by email info@rb1-rc.com.

A delivery receipt without any damage report is equivalent to a product with the packaging in perfect condition.

Also, if detected a problemon the product once opened the package but the packaging is in perfect condition, the customer has 24 h from the delivery to notify to our Customer services by email info@rb1-rc.com.

National shipping costs

* Only península free shipping costs 24H with Saturday delivery with a supplement of 3€..

* Optifuel shipping prices vary depending on the quantity ordered. 

*  In shipments to the Canary Islands, the costs of DUA will be charged to the client.

International shipping costs:

International Courier  is the first option for Europe and typically takes around 2-5 days. Delivery times are quoted as working days and don´t include weekends or bank holidays. This option have a tracking number.

Exchanges

If the customer is wrong when placing the order, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs.

If RB1-RC is wrong with package shipment, the customer will receive the goods free of charge.

To accept a refund, the product must be in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.

Refunds

If the customer does not agree with the product, we will refund the product cost, but not the shipping costs.

Please contact us within a maximum of 7 days from the delivery. You must return the product properly packed in its original packaging and prepaid shipping to RB1-RC.

In case there is an issue with a component of a product, we will give solution to that compoenent but we will not change the whole product.

RB1-RC don´t refund the money, we give to the customer a coupon with the amount to but product/products on our shop.
